Do you sell direct to the public?

Unfortunately no, Seating Solutions is a manufacturer and only sells directly to furniture trade customers on a wholesale basis. However, we welcome the public to browse our range.

How do I select and purchase your product?

To select a product, visit one of our distributors where the knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, browse a selection of our products online. If you are an account customer you can email us or call Seating Solutions on 02 9584 3899.

Are the images on the Seating Solutions website accurate for colour and scale?

Please note the flat shots on our website are intended as a visual representation only. All designs are not 100% in scale.

How can I find a retailer near me?

You may send us an email request for local retailers that carry our products. We will do our best to find one located closest to you although not all retailers carry our full range.

How can I request a brochure?

PDF copies are available on our product pages for ease of downloading. For a complete set, please contact Seating Solutions via email or call us.

How do I open an account or trade with Seating Solutions?

To open an account with Seating Solutions you can contact us here or call us on 02 9584 3899. Within a few business days, a Seating Solutions representative will contact you to finalise the setting up of your account.

What are your payment terms?

Our products are supplied to furniture trade customers on a wholesale only basis according to the following terms:

  • Approved Credit Account: Strictly net 30 days from invoice date.
  • No Approved Credit Account: In the absence of approved credit arrangements payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods unless these terms have been met.
